Since 2004, Nathan has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across South Florida that spans from the Keys to the Palm Beaches and now has added the Front Range and the Denver Metro area in Colorado to his expertise where he grew up and h as family still residing. He serves these communities and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties including short-term rentals, luxury homes, and multi-residential properties. Nathan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver. He then worked on-board cruise ships and held management positions in large well known hotels in Colorado, Las Vegas and in Hollywood, FL. Now he brings his passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. Nathan previously served on the Neighborhood Watch and Parks, Recreation & Cultural Advisory Board for the City of Hollywood and volunteers with The K Cares during the holidays. Along with his service in the community, Nathan also helps young baseball players develop their skills while continuing to play Semi-Professional Baseball in South Florida and Colorado.
