At RentSpree, we’re on a mission to simplify the home rental process and create lasting connections among renters, agents, and landlords.
Our story
As graduate students in their early days in Los Angeles, co-founders Michael Lucarelli and Paul Sirisuphang found themselves frustrated with all the paperwork and inefficiency involved in finding a place to rent. From listing to lease, the entire rental process was overly complicated and time-consuming.
Faced with these challenges, the two friends researched what solutions were available and discovered there weren’t many that addressed the needs of everyone involved in the rental experience.
And so, RentSpree was born in 2016. Designed as an alternative to the clunky system plaguing agents, renters, and landlords, RentSpree is a powerful digital solution that simplifies tenant screening, rent payments, the application process, and more.
