Frequently asked questions
After setting up your free tenant screening account, we’ll provide you with an application link (or ApplyLink) to distribute to prospective tenants. When applicants receive this link, they can complete a rental application, which will generate their tenant screening reports. Tenant screening reports expire after 30 days. This is in accordance with TransUnion regulations to protect the applicant's data.
