RentSpree achieves Inc. 5000 ranking for third year in a row

RentSpree is thrilled to announce our inclusion on the Inc. 5000 2024 rankings for the third year in a row! Recognized for our dynamic growth and market-leading position, RentSpree is pleased to share that we maintained our position in the top third of all growing companies. 

Companies that are included on the Inc. 5000 list are ranked according to percentage revenue growth and must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. In addition to ranking 1,580 out of 5,000 total companies, RentSpree is also the 36th ranked real estate company nationwide.

This achievement follows a year filled with a number of company milestones, including multiple product releases and hitting two million users on the RentSpree platform. Over the past year, we’ve launched new tools like Rent Payment, which allow for all tenant-related payments like security deposits and fee collection. We’ve also released Listing Syndication, helping agents and landlords save time while maximizing exposure for their property listings.

Since last year’s Inc. rankings, we’ve also secured multiple partnerships with MLSs and associations like OneKey® MLS, Stellar MLS, the Houston Association of REALTORS®, and a new integration with RE/MAX. We even found time to introduce RentSpree’s newest look and feel, redesigning our website to feature an updated logo, refined font system, and a cleaner, simpler navigation bar to improve the user experience.
