The company has surpassed 3.2 million users, accelerating its expansion significantly—taking nearly six years to reach its first million users, less than two years to hit two million, and just one year to surpass three million.

RentSpree’s industry-wide adoption continues to grow, now boasting more than 300 real estate partners and processing approximately 1.4 tenant screening reports per minute. To date, the company has screened nearly 2 million tenants, helping streamline rental transactions across the country.

Additionally, RentSpree’s innovative reusable applications have saved renters over $3.5 million, while its rent payment platform has facilitated nearly $125 million in total payments.
