Free member benefit automates the tenant screening and rental application process for Malibu real estate professionals

RentSpree and The Malibu Association of REALTORS® announced that all Malibu REALTORS® now have access to RentSpree to collect rental applications and screen tenants instantly.

The Malibu Association of REALTORS® currently has over 1,000 members, and all are now able to use RentSpree’s national standardized process to collect a complete “application package” from  prospective tenants.  RentSpree eliminates needless back-and forth normally required to evaluate applicants.  Each submission includes a completed rental application, TransUnion credit report, criminal background check, and national eviction report.
